Qualifications:
MUST BE A "GO GETTER"! 2-4 year degree mandatory; excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office a must; good organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail; good communication and presentation skills with a strong desire to serve and please the customer. Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.

Job Description:
This position is the point person for all employee matters. Strong desire to promote employee satisfaction while motivating employees to excel. Responsible for maintaining policies, administering payroll, vacation and benefits. Provide administrative support for record keeping and file maintenance. Assume other manufacturing administrative functions as required.
