Salary: $50,000-$65,000 plus monthly bonus based upon productivity and profits.

Qualifications:
MUST BE A "GO GETTER"! 4-year technical degree, in an electrical, electronics or mechanically oriented curriculum (EE, ME, IE, Construction Mgmt); excellent computer skills - Autocad or similar software a must; good organizational skills; good communication and presentation skills; strong desire to serve and please the customer.

Job Description:
Work on manufacturing floor. Total responsibility for quality control, including parts, crating and finished product. Refine plant processes and implement new product processes. Responsible for metal scrap reduction, monitor raw material quality and make vendor recommendations as required. Assist in development and testing of new products. Troubleshoot field service situations and implement procedures to eliminate future problems.
