Qualifications:
- 0-10 yrs experience
- 4-year technical degree, in an electrical, electronics or mechanically oriented curriculum;
- Must enjoy hands on product exposure; 95% of work day will be consumed on the manufacturing floor
- AutoCAD or similar software a must
- Excellent computer skills, organizational and communication/presentation skills
- Strong desire to serve and please the customer.
- MUST BE A “GO GETTER”!
Job Description:
- Work on manufacturing floor, generally 95% of the work day
- Total responsibility for quality control, including parts, crating and finished product.
- Refine plant processes and implement new product processes.
- Responsible for metal scrap reduction, monitor raw material quality and make vendor recommendations as required.
- Assist in development and testing of new products.
- Troubleshoot field service situations and implement procedures to eliminate future problems.
