COVID-19 Update from CAS Service - A Division of CaptiveAire Systems, Inc.

Dear Valued Customer,

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has presented unique and unprecedented challenges for businesses and individuals across the world. CaptiveAire is maintaining operations in manufacturing, sales, field service, and support to serve you during this difficult time. A portion of our workforce is working remotely but those in field service are still available and ready for any service needs to keep your ventilation or fire suppression system operational. Our technical support team is also staffed to answer your calls, emails, and assist with parts orders. Use this page to find your local service technician.

Health and Safety

CAS Service technicians are following good hygiene practices through frequent hand washing, sanitizing wipes, and social distancing. They are also ready to comply with pre-inspection screening requirements you may have in place. Please let us know in advance of any special requirements.
